The 1999 WIMA Hawkes Bay Linen Run for the Hastings Womens Refuge. With the two main centres of the Hawkes Bay each having their own Womens Refuge, it was decided on at the beginning to alternate between the two as to the recipient each year. This year it was Hastings turn and here we have the start of the run showing some of the bikes grouped together outside the Napier Aquarium.
