Hawkes Bay Rally

WIMA Hawke's Bay are pulling together a rally - the "Piss up in a Brewery" rally, which will be at Mangatainoka on the weekend 11-13 November 2011.

We'll be based at the Dudley Arms, so there are a few rooms available ($20/night a head for the shared rooms, single or king single beds) or for most of us cheap tenting with access to bathrooms.

We're sending WIMA members the invite first to make sure you get first dibs if you want a room - very limited numbers! You will need to pre-book your room AND pay Yvonne - strictly first in and paid.

This is the same weekend as the AGM, so please:
1. Come to the rally on the way to and from the AGM in Taupo (Sat aftn) or
2. Just attend the AGM, or
3. If just coming to the rally, send your proxy form in by post, email (secretary@wima.org.nz) or with a friend who is going to the AGM, stating any nominations or seconding for positions. If you know any members who don't have email, please pass this on - it'll also be mentioned in the magazine, but that can get delayed sometimes and the issue done for July/Aug doesn't have all the details.

Costs:
Registration by 26 October (prices the same after, but no guarantee of a badge):

One night
- Tent site per person $15 (includes Badge if register before 26 October)
- Badge only (day tripper) $10
OR
If you’re fast enough to book/pre-pay one of the few beds available $30 (includes shared accommodation and badge) - check with Yvonne 021 245 3623 if any beds left Two nights
- Tent site per person $20 (includes Badge if register before 26 October)
OR
- If you’re fast enough to book/pre-pay one of the few beds available $50 (includes shared accommodation and badge) - check with Yvonne 021 245 3623 if any beds left Meals:
- Friday - buy your dinner off the menu (or cook on your own cooking campstove etc outside)
- Saturday: breakfast and lunch - own choice; Dinner at Dudley's $20 for 2 courses (must prepay)
- Sunday breakfast $10 (must prepay). We have stayed at the Dudley Arms before, the food is really good value.

Saturday's plan CAN include a visit to the Tui HQ.
Tui HQ Tastings $15 - includes tui museum entry, 3 beers and you steal your glass
