WHEN: Fri 13th–Sun 15th Nov 2009. Gate opens from 4pm on Fri 13th Nov.

WHERE: Camp Rangi Woods, Pohangina Valley, Manawatu.
35K east/north of Palmerston North. We recommend taking Pohangina Valley East Road (turn right just past the Waterford Cafe & Bar at Raumai). It has some nice twists and turns so take it at your own speed. An alternate route is Pohangina Rd, which has some gravel.

WARNING - Ashhurst currently has no petrol station. It is ~40km from the camp to the nearest petrol station (pretty much dead on that from the Woodville Caltex), so plan for at least 80km worth of fuel in the tank - I'd fill up on the way in (Linton, Palmy, Woodville) if you want to do the poker run! Also - limited cellphone coverage in the valley.

WHO: Anyone who rides/owns a motorcycle.

DRINK and FOOD: Free tea, coffee. BYO alcohol. If bringing glass, PLEASE take every piece back home with you. Meals can be pre-ordered, otherwise you will need to bring all cooking and eating gear. No kitchen facilities available to rally attendees.

ACCOMMODATION: 70 bunk beds with mattress (by 1st booked) in shared heated dorm rooms. Tent sites available if preferred for pre-paid, gate, late or day entries.

CABINS: If you have booked a cabin space in the bunkrooms, they come with a mattress and bunk. If you have booked meals, that covers Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast only. Remember to bring your cup for beverages.

CAMPING: Bring your own food, cooking gear, sleeping gear/bedding, and any drinks you want - NO BAR.

COST: Ranging from $40 - $80 depending on who many nights you are staying and whether ordering food - see entry from.

PREPAID ENTRIES: Close on 6 November 2009 and free entry into lucky draw!
Payment can be made online (see entry form) or post a cheque to WIMA PO Box 9861 Wellington 6011 made payble to WIMA NZ.

Directions: You go straight through Ashhurst and follow the main road out - it is signposted for Pohongina Valley. About 9km out you see the Waterford Cafe - Pohangina Valley East Road is on the right about 50-100m from the Cafe.

There are a couple of tight corners on the road in (Pohingina Valley East Road) - mostly it's a lovely winding country road out to Totara Reserve Regional Park. The fork you go left at (Churchill Drive) is just past the Christian Camp (that isn't our destination).

The 'driveway' to our camp - Camp Rangi Woods - is an easy gravel drive on the left (actually straight ahead as the road curves right) - you come to it about 1 km from the fork, a bit past a one way bridge. There is a public area as you first go in - carry on along the road past the first ablution blocks and you'll get to us, where there are cabins and a hall area. It is a lovely spot. Watch out for the two 'log' speed bumps.

IMPORTANT #1: If paying online we still need you to SIGN and POST your entry form in ahead of time.

IMPORTANT #2: Please no dogs, patches, bad attitudes, no open fires.
Allowed: lots of laughs! WIMA also reserves the right to refuse entry or ask people to leave.

CANCELLATIONS: Rally will be on SHINE or RAIN as dorm rooms and main hall.
No refunds sorry.
